  1. I would like to purchase a particular recording but it is not available in my country/territory. What should I do?

    Many of our recordings can be purchased from various online retailers by clicking on their buy buttons on the CD item pages. The CD item pages can be accessed through the ‘Search Catalogue’ section. Please also visit the ‘Online Sales’ section.

  2. I cannot play any tracks or hear any sound. What should I do?

    Please make sure you use the following.

    2.1  What are the minimum system requirements to stream using Flash?

    Please make sure you use the following.

    PC/MAC:
    Flash Player 9.x or later

    2.2  Will Naxos provide both WMA and Flash streaming service in the future?

    No. Naxos streaming service will move completely to Flash and will stop WMA streaming service on January 5, 2009. Subscribers are given until January 4, 2009 to prepare their PC/MAC setup ready for Flash streaming.

  3. How do I listen to an entire album without clicking on each track?

    You can listen to only one track at a time on Naxos.com. If you would like to listen to complete albums without interruptions in near CD(64 kbps) or CD quality(128 kbps) sound, please subscribe to www.NaxosMusicLibrary.com or www.NaxosMusicLibrary.com/Jazz.


  4. I have just registered but cannot log into my account. What should I do?

    Please contact Naxos Customer Service.


  5. How do I change my registered email address?

    Please email your old and new email addresses to Naxos Customer Service.


  6. When I click on a track, my web browser returns to the login page. What should I do?

    a. Set the privacy to medium in Internet Options under Control Panel.




    b. In the Advanced section of Privacy, enter ‘http://www.naxos.com’ in Address of Web site and click Allow.



  7. How come I cannot listen to Historical, Nostalgia and Jazz Legends recordings?

    Naxos Historical, Nostalgia, and Jazz Legends recordings are not available for audio streaming in the United States due to the uncertain legal situation regarding pre-1972 sound recordings.


  8. How do I upgrade my free subscription to a paid subscription so I can listen to complete tracks?

    Login to your account, click on ‘Manage My Profile’ at the top right corner of the page and complete the form.


  9. Does Naxos.com offer any digital downloads?

    No. However, our music can be downloaded primarily from Classicsonline (www.classicsonline.com) and other major Digital Service Providers. Please refer to our Buy Online section at http://www.naxos.com/buyonline.asp.


  10. I am an artist and would like to submit my demo to Naxos. Where and whom should I send it to?
